Plans and limits
Every plan has every feature. Plans only differ in how many servers and databases you can protect.

No plan gates a feature. Point-in-time recovery, restore drills, restore points, monitoring, alerts, the MCP server and the audit log are in every plan. See pricing.
- A database is one PostgreSQL cluster (server instance), with all the databases inside it.
- Prices are in USD per organization, billed monthly. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Cancel any time.
- Storage is billed by your bucket provider, not by Rowsafe.
Usage
rowsafe orgshows your plan, limits and current usage. Owners manage billing in the dashboard under Settings, then Billing.
Reaching a limit
Adding a host or database over your plan's limit fails with:
Your free plan allows 1 host. Upgrade to add more.Lowering your plan never deletes anything. It only stops you adding more until you are under the limit.
Hosts and agents
A host is a server (or container) running the Rowsafe agent. How hosts enroll, report in, update and go offline.

Create a storage bucket and an access key for your backups, with step-by-step instructions for Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, Amazon S3, Wasabi, DigitalOcean Spaces and other S3-compatible storage.
